How to overcome shyness

    Very often my pupils  use  shyness  as an excuse when they don`t want to be involved in some activities. they say :"I`m shy" which means: " I don`t want to take part I prefer watching and staying apart"  if shyness is not an excuse but a problem we can use the solutions from this video

Now I`m working mostly with teenagers but if I worked with younger learners I would use these activities. After watching this video a great idea came to my mind: it is important  to make all our pupils understand the importance of following rules.

well, very often we (I mean teachers) need smth to become more motivated. As for me I try to find inspiration in my students, also I use the Internet to become inspired. Watch this video by John Von Achen and stay motivated.

How to motivate unmotivated learners - this is the problem I try to solve. This problem keeps me  away from being satisfied with my work. I wish all my students were motivated and active but....
  I read many books and articles containing information about motivation, and watched many videos. As a result I`ve got some ideas to share. The first idea - everyone should watch this video presentation to get more information about motivational strategies. As for me I think this video is the best I`ve ever seen.
